Peter Gardosch, born in 1930, was transported from Auschwitz concentration and extermination camp to the Kaufering-III camp in June 1944. Kaufering-III was a subcamp of the Dachau concentration camp, part of an extensive complex of subcamps at Kaufering. He was liberated by US troops on April 29, 1945. In this recording from March 2021, he recounts his personal experiences and memories.
